Tell, Good, Something, M.E. (2019-2020, stills and short experimental videos) presents fragments of my childhood and my subsequent discoveries of selfhood and identity via fairy tales, classic Hollywood movies, Catholic rituals, television sitcoms, and other cosmic occurrences of the 1960s and 1970s. Four videos accompany these photographs, some of which are film stills, others are original photographs of performance pieces in which I become the characters in my film and my life. This work was created during my MFA work at Maine Media College.
